摘要
An artificial protein-probe hybrid,Cm-Np-B@BSA, was preparedviahost-guest interactions between hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-responsiveCm-Np-Bmolecule and bovine serum albumin (BSA). TheCm-Np-B@BSAprobe exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity towards H(2)O(2)under physiological conditions and had excellent biocompatibility, allowing for sensitive ratiometric detection and imaging of endogenous H(2)O(2)in live cells.
