摘要
An in-vivo study of resonant photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) was performed for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring. PAS provides robustness against the background of the optical absorption. In the in-vivo study, oral glucose tolerance tests (OGTTs) were performed with three healthy people to induce an increase in blood glucose levels (BGLs). The trends of BGLs and the photoacoustic signal have agreement, with the standard error and correlation coefficient against BGLs of up to 64 mg / dL and 0.84.
