The crisis period brings the need to rethink economic model of global development, in which an important role is playing by the Knowledge Based Economy. At the heart of this strategy is the human with the creative potential, with the power to adapt at any change and with a strong innovative spirit, fully exploited at the organizational level, as a critical element of intellectual capital enrichment. This study focuses on human potential in knowledge development, considering that technology only facilitates the transfer of information, also contributing itself to the process of cognition, in an important measure.
