摘要：

The calibration of electronic transfer's digital out is significant part for the reliable operation of intelligent substation. According to the particular condition in alpine region, a calibration system and a message-analysis sub software which base on IEC61850-9-2 is developed. In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the calibrator, the Hilbert transform, quasi-synchronization and other hardware improvements are introduced for the using environment, which effectively decreases the measurement error caused by non-synchronous sampling and temperature.
