摘要：

Combined with the economic situation of post-financial crisis era, the paper selected the financing problem of small- and medium-sized enterprises as its subject, and took it as the staring point to analyze the impact of the global financial crisis dated from 2008 on Chinese SMEs. Moreover, the financing characteristics of Chinese SMEs in the post-financial crisis era were summarized and the financing problem of SMEs was discussed in depth in this paper. In conclusion, it put forward that the solution to the financing difficulties of SMEs calls for mutual efforts of enterprises themselves, financial institutions and the government.
