摘要
This paper introduces a flood control decision support system for Heilongjiang province based on WebGIS tool. On the basis of analysis of development necessity, the aims to be satisfied are first proposed for the decision support system. Then construction principles are analyzed for attaining the development requirement of the system. The components of the system are next detailed to analyze the characteristics and functions of the System, furthermore, the countermeasures of constructing the modem flood control decision system are proposed. Finally, this paper concludes with the characteristics of the decision support system from information collection, transmission and processing.
