Primary Testicular Lymphoma: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

We retrospectively reviewed all the solid testicular tumors in the past 5 years in our hospital and detected only one case of primary testicular lymphoma. Primary testicular lymphoma is an uncommon testicular tumor that accounts for no more than 1-9% of all testicular tumors. Due to their highly malignant histopathology, they may become highly aggressive. Patient age at presentation is over 60, which makes it the most frequent tumor for this age group. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common histological pattern in primary testicular lymphomas. There is no standard protocol to treat this malignancy due to the lack of extensive series. We presented one case and reviewed the literature discussing the current therapeutic trends for this disease.
