摘要
Scanning antenna array is widely used in wireless communication, satellite communication, radar detection and so on. As a research hotspot in recent years, electromagnetic metasurface has also been used in the design of scanning antenna arrays. However, there is a disadvantage in using traditional passive metasurface to improve the beam gain of the scanning array antenna, which is that the scanning range of the array antenna is narrow. To solve this key issue, in this paper, a novel passive metasurface is proposed. Its core technology includes a wide-angle TM-wave polarization Huygens' unit cell and the point-to-point phase compensation (PPC) method, which can be used for gain enhancement of the millimeter-wave multibeam array antenna.
