摘要
Holding the characteristic of international vertical specialization system, this paper analyses the problem concerning MNCs' form of strong market power by firmly controlling the market channel in global electronic information industry. Furthermore, the paper testifies that manufacturers in global value chain can break the puzzle of price competition by vertically integrating market channels. It also can help them to improve their market power and increase the share of benefit from international specialization. At last, it put forward specific mode for Chinese electronic information enterprises to integration global market channel.
