摘要
It presents the results of a master's research about the project of digital inclusion Telecentres of Information and Education, known as Digital Stations, investigated from the perspective of information science and its studies on information literacy and digital inclusion. The specific objectives address to the analysis of the concepts that guide the project, its operation conditions and the proposal of guidelines to offer improvements and solve existing problems in the digital stations. The methodological approach includes content analysis, documental research, interviews and questionnaires with the project participants. The results indicate the need for better planning, able to redefine the project so that the connections between information literacy, citizenship and social inclusion can be effectively done in the Digital Stations. Finally, guidelines were developed as an improvement proposal to the operation of the investigated object, supported by the theoretical framework of Information Science.
