摘要
It is an inevitable trend to implement the IEC 61850 standard in distribution networks to improve interoperability. In this paper, a newly intelligent boundary switch controller with network interface is designed. The IEC 61850 standard is simplified to shorten the development cycle and avoid sharp increase of expense. Information model of the controller is established to describe the functions. Dual-CPU structure is adopted in the hardware design and multi-protection mechanism is optimized. Station bus of Ethernet communication of IEC 61850 is realized in the new controller. With superior performance, high reliability and low cost, the new device can promote the intelligent reconstruction of 10kV distribution networks.
