摘要：

The paper describes the design and implementation of the scientific research management system in college based on ASP.NET, triplex system architecture and the B/S mode. It proposes systematically the aim, framework, exploiting environment and techniques required of the system, and gives out the focuses of the techniques and solutions of the various problems. Besides, the paper suggests that the system should contain the database, data access layer, business logic layer and presentation layer and be implemented by ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005.
