摘要：

This paper analyzes the characters of evolution of enterprise network and brings forward a four - stage structural evolutionary model which is based on the endogenous industrial cluster. It is considered that the evolution of enterprise network can be divided into four stages: scattered fragment, single hub - and - spoke, multi - hub small world network and core - periphery. In each stage, the network weaver plays an important role. A case of crane machine enterprise network in Changyuan County is taken as an example to analyze the roles of network weavers in the process of formation and evolution of enterprise network.
