摘要
Because of being short of efficient transfer mechanism, there are many obstacles in knowledge transferring process. This paper explicates which factors lead to the barriers of tacit knowledge transfer in regional innovation system. Firstly, the tacit knowledge transfer is treated as providing public goods. And then, a single-period game model is constructed and analyzed. The result indicates the supply quantity of knowledge under Nash equilibrium is less than that under Pareto equilibrium and the gap will extend with the increasing of players. Secondly, this paper gives an analysis on what affects the total supply under Nash equilibrium based on output elasticity of knowledge and different revenue of players. Thirdly, a game model with infinite repetitions is constructed and analyzed. The result shows that the repeated game can improve the tacit knowledge sharing on particular situation and the cooperation will be difficult with the increasing of players.
