摘要
The moldel of filling flow and cell growth of multi-cavity part during microcellular injection molding was constructed and solved using Moldflow Plastics Insight 6.1. The balanced runner was gained by simulation and optimal calculation calaculation. The effects of injection speed, melt temperatue and mold temperature on cellular morphology was analyzed.
