摘要
This paper describes the antimicrobial activity of ZnS quantum dots in Alginate shell on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Peptostreptococcus anaerobius, Streptococcus pyogenes and Bacteroides fragilis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Experimental simulation of the antibacterial effects of synthesized nanoparticles with the gallic acid in the medium showed the cell growth of the tested culture Escherichia coli were rather inhibited. The results of the study showed the stimulation of the development of oxidative stress in bacterial cells by ZnS nanoparticles encapsulated with Alginate shell.
