摘要：

Purpose - The paper considers the problem of unemployment in the country. On Based on national statistics agency material held analysis of the unemployed population by age and level of education. The author also pays attention to the contemporary government regulation of the labor market in Kazakhstan. Methodology - The study used the following methods of economic research: monographic and Statistical analysis of data for the period 2008-2011 Originality/value - Held a deep and comprehensive analysis of the current situation on the labor market, the basic problems inherent in Kazakhstan's labor market Findings - In this paper we attempt to analyze both theoretical and practical aspects of such an integral part of the market economy as the labor market.
