摘要：

There are some problems such as "hidden employment" for college graduates statistics, which led to many problems such as statistical dilemma. Adapting to the market economic system and socialist orientation, learning from scientific experience in foreign University, forming a statistical mode suited to China's market economic system and establishing scientific and complete graduate employment service system in the society and so on, which ensure the scientific premise of employment statistics, and provide better guidance for college graduates.
