摘要：

With social progress and improvement of people's standard of living, the demand for animal products increased dramatically, the quality and safety of animal products has become a factor which has effected on people's life security and social stability. From 1967, the first outbreak of foot-and-mouth livestock safety crisis in the United Kingdom, till the outbreak of avian flu crisis in 2007, livestock security crises have occurred frequently, and caused an enormous threat to the survival of mankind and property. Therefore, this paper researches on security crisis management countermeasures of animal products and attempts to set up a crisis early warning system, which will prevent the occurrence of animal products safety crisis from three aspects, government, enterprises and private, in order to promote human social survival security, realize society stable and continuous development.
