摘要：
This paper mainly deals with the asymptotical stability of a class of homogeneous nonlinear switching systems with time-delay. A sufficient condition for asymptotical stability of the given systems are derived by means of Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT) condition for nonlinear programming problem. Furthermore, a switching law for asymptotical stability is given accordingly and a series of equivalent conditions are proposed.
