摘要
The NSP can be developed by two methods, RECOMPRESSION and SHANSEP method, and it requires the soft clay to exhibit normalized behaviour. For Bangkok soft clay, the C-u/sigma'(vc) and log OCR relation from in situ corrected field vane strength are shown to be independent of clay's locations, practical independent of I-p,I-L, and w(n) of the clays, and the method of vane testing provided that the good workmanship was done in the field. The presented case study also shows that NSP (C-u/sigma'(vc) from corrected in situ FV strength) can be used in slope stability for sand embankment including the preloaded case.
