摘要
A dual-function fluorescent probe (Probe 1) was developed for discriminative detection of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and hydrazine (N2H4). The 2,4-dinitrophenyl moiety was reactive with H2S and the alpha,beta-unsaturated ketone was reactive with N2H4. The discriminative detection of H2S and N2H4 was achieved via the colour change of a solution or test strip of Probe 1-H2S and Probe 1-N2H4. The test strips of Probe 1 reacted with different concentrations of H2S to produce colour changes from colourless to dull red under natural light, and reacted with different concentrations of N2H4 to produce color changes from purple to purplish blue under 254 nm ultraviolet light. Therefore, Probe 1 could be used as a sensor to detect N2H4 and H2S.
