摘要：

Y-90 is coupled through DTPA chelator in Mab B72.3 antibody with good radiochemical yield. The process of labelling is relatively fast (30 min). Care must be taken on parameters of quality control because they influence the results. The difference was 1.5 time between the analysis performed at the Ist and the 12th minutes after mixing labelled antibody with DTPA.
