摘要：
The technical innovation efficiency of all provinces has been analyzed by constructing evaluation index system of regional technical innovation efficiency based on DEA. The results show that parts of regional did not take full advantage of its innovation investment or with low efficiency,and the technological innovation and efficiency may not agree with their technical innovation capabilities and the level of economic development in certain areas. In order to improve the efficiency of technological innovation, all provinces should make some technical innovation polices with respect to the special situations.
