An improved SIRS model with the probability point is proposed on Scale-free network. A different threshold condition is obtained and status of system is recieved when t goes to infinity which are deduced by the mian-fieid theory and the approach of Lyapunov stability theory. Whether the ability of anti-virus on Scale-free network is worse than that on homogeneous network is depend on not only the topology of network but also the power law index.
