摘要：

College Physical Education professional basketball teaching is an important part of higher education, it shoulders the important task of training for middle school PE teacher. From college physical education the professional basketball courses teaching basic function not only require the students to master the basic theory and basic basketball skills and tactics, based on a deep understanding of basketball offensive and defensive against the law to improve the analysis of problems and problem-solving skills, and requires students to master basketball teaching, training, organizing competitions, the spot judging the basic method and ability to spot command. This paper discussed the direction of reform and ways of college basketball programs, building geographical features the faculty characteristics basketball program system.
