摘要
In this paper, the engineering practical method of risk probability is studied based on the fault probability of the main equipment through setting equipment factor and outage factor. The risk hazard assessment method for network planning is studied based on ACT No. 599 through setting social influence factor and loss load factor. The risk assessment result can receive based risk probability assessment and risk hazard assessment. Making the risk classification and setting the risk warning level of all voltage power grid can provide decision-making basis for the operation and construction of power grid. The methods applied in Shenzhen grid risk assessment, reasonable and practical is proved.
