摘要：

Transport infrastructure is one of the most important factors of the development of the regions. It allows creation of new businesses and supports contacts with other regions, or contacts between regions lying on both sides of the border. Economic growth is affected by many factors from different fields. But they are all directly or indirectly related to infrastructure development. Both company and no other organizations can not exist in an area not having good roads. Thus, regions with no infrastructure have no chance for achieving a good economic and social situation.
