摘要
Mobile applications performance is a crucial aspect that depends on many factors, especially when they consist of client-server applications. In this article several of these factors are investigated by doing some performance evaluation based on Web server response, network connection method and execution platform. This investigation is carried out with respect to application speed, which is a crucial issue from a user functionality perspective. The evaluation results are intended to provide useful design guidelines for mobile applications developers.
