摘要：

Stereumone A, a novel sesquiterpene was isolated from the fermentation broth of Stereum sp. 8954. Its structure was determined to be 5-hydroxy-6,6,9-trimethyl-4,8a-epoxy2,3,4a,5,6,7,8a,9-octahydro-4H-naphtho[2,3-b]furan-8-one on the basis of the spectral data.
