摘要
Based on the analysis of low-carbon logistics theories, the paper researched low-carbon logistics efficiency evaluation indexes viewed from the composition of low-carbon logistics system link. It used the analytic hierarchy process, expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation index system of low-carbon logistics efficiency. And the fuzzy judgment matrix is used to determine the weight of index according to the experts' opinions. Finally, the paper given some suggestions to logistics enterprise about how to develop low-carbon logistics.
