摘要：

Intellectual property has been considered as one of the most important standards on competition of comprehensive national strength all over the world, also becomes the core base and scare resources of modem agriculture. It is a feasible way to study the rule of law, legal culture and progress of intellectual property right in China agriculture through diverse perspectives, such as its definition, characteristics, legal nexus, and its relationship to China legal culture, future direction, and so forth.
