A Study of Logistics Risk Management of Border Trade

During the process of accelerating development on regional economic integration, border trade plays an important intermediary role in it. However, because of the inherent particularity of the border, which increases the logistics risk in the border trade, and hinders the further healthy development to some extent. After searching the literature, we find that the paper studying the border trade, which referred to the logistics risk, is very rare. However, in order to develop and consolidate the relationship between the neighboring countries, the problems existing in the development of the border trade are imperative to resolve. This paper reviews the literature about the logistics risk and management first, and proposes the inadequacies which need to be improved; Then on the basis of the previous study about the border trade, we define and classify the logistics risk in the border trade and use the AHP method to identify the key factors affecting the logistics risk of border trade; At last, for the different logistics risks, we propose the managerial suggestion respectively.
