摘要
The reliability of the products needs to be tested because of many products reliability requirements in production and daily life. The geometric distribution has an important use in testing the life of products. so the analysis to the reliability of geometric distribution is theoretical and practical valuable. In this paper, the confidence limit of geometric distribution reliability is discussed by k factor, the expression of the confidence limit is obtained under the historical data and lack of historical data of the products. The result with the matlab programming is simpler and more precise than traditional method.
