摘要
The subband dependent band gap renormalization of photoexcited quantum-well wires was studied within the leading-order dynamical screening approximation. Our numerical results for GaAs quantum-well wires showed a rather large difference between the subband renormalization in the dynamical screening approximation and in the Hartree-Fock approximation.
