摘要
The fulfillment of corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention in theory and society. Based on the theory of high -order echelon theory, this paper made an empirical test on the relationship between female executives and performance of corporate social responsibility based on Chinese A -share listed companies. It was found that female executives have a positive effect on the performance of corporate social responsibility of listed companies. On the basis of the existing research, this paper made further researches, and thoroughly analyzed the problem. It has significance to the theory development to some degree.
