摘要
Hierarchical Gold Nanoflower with rough surfaces and numerous sharp tips has been prepared by a simple seed-mediated method and the gold nanoflower exhibits wide UV-Vis-NIR absorbance from 550 nm to 880 nm and high surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activities for malachite green and crystal violet probe molecules at 1.0 x 10(-7) M concentration, which provides a great potential as a rapid and ultra-sensitive agent for detecting trace amounts of prohibited substances in contaminated food samples.
