摘要
China's E-government construction began in 2001, which has gradually narrowed the gap between China and the developed countries, has promoted the Chinese government's capacities in economic adjustment, market regulation, social management and public service, and has achieved markedly in such fields as government network infrastructure, government core business support, government portal websites and public service, and development of public information resources. However, with the development of information technology and market economy, there are still varied challenges and opportunities faced with China's E-government.
