Existing questions in logistics distribution are identified by analyzing two structural models of logistics distribution in Electronic Commerce. Some methods to solve bottleneck of the logistics distribution were brought up in this paper. Using the reliable theory knowledge, it had carried on the reliability analysis to logistics distribution under the chain - like management allocation center. If the chain - like management allocation center model were adapted to carrying on the logistics distribution, availability of the entire electronic commerce would be possible to enhance, physical distribution allocation would be of high efficiency. At the same time, optimizing the distributions center position, through analyzed and demonstrated the role of distributions center to improve the reliability of system.
