摘要
In this paper, we measure enterprises' technological innovation vitality at first. The results show that: At present, Chinese enterprises hold a weaker awareness of innovation. And while they have a higher score in innovation resources vitality and innovation management vitality, innovation skills vitality has been the most active component of the enterprises' innovation technological vitality. Then we sum up innovation performance evaluation index system as four specific indexes: R&D success rate, degree of patents, conversion rate of technology and sales rate of new products, and conduct an empirical study on the relation between enterprises' innovation technological vitality and their innovation performance indexes. The results show that: There is a significantly positive correlation between innovation awareness vitality, innovation resources vitality, innovation management vitality, innovation skills vitality and innovation performance. And better enterprises' technological innovation vitality can effectively improve their innovation performance.
