摘要
A solution of strong electrolytes can be considered as a multicomponent system composed of a neutral solvent and a number of ionic species, the concentration of which is constrained by the requirement of overall electroneutrality. The general theoretical framework is developed for the study of collective dynamics in multi-component, chemically nonreactive fluids. On this basis we consider a few simplified dynamical models for ionic fluids and formulate the most adequate one. This allows us to obtain within a unique scheme the results for collective mode spectrum, time correlation functions and generalized transport coefficients, having rather simple physical interpretation in terms of collective excitations. These features are discussed in relation to dynamical properties of a binary liquid of neutral particles, enabling us to study in detail the specific properties caused by the long-range Coulomb interactions between charged particles. The developed theory can be directly extended for the description of the dynamics in more complicated models of ionic solutions.
