摘要
Slag splashing technology is a common method to realize the long life of converter, which has the advantages of reducing the consumption of refractory, reducing the maintenance time of converter and improving the economic benefit. According to the technology of slag splashing in converter, the technical principle of slag splashing in converter and the existing problems of slag splashing in converter are summarized. By the parameters of slag composition, slag splashing gun location, slag basicity and slag retention being changed, the technology of slag splashing in converter was optimized.
