摘要：

This paper focuses on recently poison capsule incident, analysis of actuality and existing problems in Chinese medicine safety prewarning system now. Based on information technology and information method, in establishing a shared platform of medicine safety crisis prewarning,p preliminary draft of a medicine safety crisis prewarning platform depends on Chinese current medicine condition in industry, market, and society was proposed in this paper. Considering of information system application of EMEA and FDA Medical Products Reporting Program in American and European Union, we try to build our medicine safety prewarning system ( routine monitoring information platform of medicine's safety prewarning, information collection, analysis processing information platform of medicine's safety prewarning, response system), and give suggestion in the end.
