摘要：
On the basis of the deep understanding of service supply chain, this paper firstly proposed a service supply chain model, analyzed the traits of service supply chain, and secondly establish an effective performance evaluation system for service supply chain, which has multiple dimensions, customer-oriented and with a process perspective.
