摘要
The ever-increasing competitiveness of job market and insufficient policy assurance in affirmative employment become great challenges for female students to find jobs right after their graduation from universities and/or colleges. This paper reports a research on the importance of in-school training of female students on their competitiveness in job market. The competition of world economy and national power in global stage depends on the competitiveness of national human resource with female graduates as one of the key components. The university should provide quality training for female students while the students should broaden their known their knowledge spectrum to increase their competitiveness in job market. As a result, the whole nation will benefit from the quality education of female students in universities and/or colleges and full development of female graduates in the society.
