HPLC determination of flavonoids in fruits of soursop (Annona muricata L.) from different plants

摘要
Soursop (Annona muricata L.) is a tropical fruit to which there has been awarded a great food and medicinal potential associated with the presence of antioxidant. In this research the flavonoids content was determined as well as the influence of the plant on the variation of its contents. Fruits were selected from a lot of the Socialist Center of Fruit and Beekeeping Research and Development (CESID-Fruticola y Apicola) of CORPOZULIA. The flavonoids were extracted by acid hidrolysis and analyzed by liquid chromatography of high resolution with UV detection. In all samples were determined miricetin, luteolin and apigenin. The contents (recounted to 100 g of sample) of miricetin, luteolin and apigenin in fresh fruits there were 0.1257mg, 0.1394mg and 0.0194mg, respectively; whereas in dry samples there were 0.1924mg, 0.2385mg and 0.0696mg, respectively. The plant significantly influenced (P<0.05) in the variation of the contents of miricetin in fresh pulp and dry pulp and apigenin in dry pulp.
