摘要
Unsubstituted polyaromatic dications exhibit a significant influence on the activity of topoisomerase I, as shown by plasmid relaxation assays and molecular modeling studies. Moreover, these compounds inhibit the growth of selected human tumor cell lines. (Figure Presented). © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
