Application of Data Mining Based on Statistics in consulting the Initial Scheme of Listed Companies' Split Share Structure Reform

Firstly, this paper expounds the process of data mining based on statistics. The author believes that the data mining should be composed of not only the fundamental problems of data mining, such as the purpose of mining, data preparation and mining tools, but also of the adaptation of data with statistical model and the selection of correct data resources. Then according to the process, the author analyses the influential factors about the scheme revision of split share structure reform. The research shows that the mainly influential factors are the equal price of initial scheme, the share ratio of first top non-tradable shareholder and the concentration of tradable shares. Furthermore, the revision of the scheme is positively correlated with the equal price of initial scheme and the share ratio of first top non-tradable shareholder, negatively correlated with the concentration of tradable shares.
