Microwave complex permittivity of water at high temperatures

摘要：
The complex permittivity of water is measured at 2.45 GHz and 10 GHz over the temperature range 10 degrees C to 80 degrees C using short circuited coaxial transmission line method. Water has high dielectric constant and loss factor at these frequencies and are temperature dependent.
