摘要
With the enhancement of human environmental protection and energy crisis awareness, and the progress in related science and technology, so the development of Electric vehicles (EV) industry is accelerating, EVs will inevitably get access to power system for charging on a large scale in the future. However, charging behaviors of EV users have temporal randomness and spatial agglomeration, EV's scale charging probably brings great pressure to the peak-valley difference of electric network load and increases the difficulty in peak regulation and frequency modulation. In this paper, taking the correlated data from Shaanxi Province to analyze the features of EV charging load curve under the two modes both free charging and controlled charging, respectively, and research the impacts of EV charging on the load of power system in order to make EVs play an effective role in transferring peak power to off-peak and improving the utilization efficiency of power system equipment. These studies can ensure the stable and economic operation of power system and be of great important theoretical value and practical significance.
